Annual Meeting Notice: Wednesday, November 13th, 2019
Your Board of Directors requests your presence at the Kentucky Bowling Proprietors’ Association 2019 Annual Meeting, Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 10:30 AM, King Pin, Jeffersontown. Per your state bylaws, this letter and attached flyer serve as the official notification of your upcoming meeting. You will also see a copy of the proposed bylaw changes that will be voted on. While the state business meeting will be brief, this is a very important meeting as you will be electing a Vice President, as well as two Directors.
In addition to the annual meeting, we are excited to bring you two very relevant educational sessions from BPAA’s Bowling University. Attendees will have two great sessions to choose from.
Bring your management team to learn what to do in the unlikely event of a crisis. Awareness & Preparedness – Reducing Risk Through Training will walk you through the new Bowling University Security Awareness Series including Active Shooter, Robbery, and Incident Reporting. Unfortunately, EVERY small business needs to be prepared! Learn how to protect yourself and your team.
Classic Products will lead a session for your mechanical staff and any small market proprietors that are responsible for lane maintenance. The KBPA has partnered with Classic to bring you a very informative Lane Maintenance session that you don’t want to miss. The technology and science continues to change dramatically. Learn the most current tips and tricks for consistent and scoreable lane conditions. Bring your pattern and your questions as this will be a hands-on session.
**Plus, one lucky center in attendance will be awarded a 2020 US Open Direct Qualifier to host at their center plus your KBPA will pay the winner’s $500 US Open entry fee! **
**If that is not reason enough to join us, one lucky person in attendance will win a full Bowl Expo registration for Denver worth $369!**
I hope that you will join fellow proprietors and team members from around the state on Wednesday, November 13 at 10:30 AM at King Pin in Jeffersontown.
